The majority of telephone systems can be maintained remotely, therefore reducing the need for engineering visits and greatly increasing the speed of response.
All PSG engineering staff are trained on the relevant manufacturers courses and accreditation schemes, so are fully qualified to support your business.
PSG Maintenance services can be provided to meet any business needs;
Standard Care
- Monday to Friday - 0900 to 1700 (Bank Holidays excluded)
- System failure in excess of 20%: 4 working hours response
- Minor system faults: 16 working hours response
Total Care
- Monday to Sunday - 0900 to 1700 (Bank Holidays excluded)
- Any level of system failure: 4 working hours response
